PUBLIC HOLIDAY PLANS – 15 JUNE 2026

Following on from our previous message, we can confirm that members of Renfrewshire Council’s Education and Children’s Services Policy Board have now formally approved the closure of our schools and nurseries on Monday 15 June. Councillors had already agreed at the Finance, Resources and Customer Services Policy Board that this day will be a public holiday across Renfrewshire, as designated by the Scottish Government, to celebrate Scotland’s participation in the FIFA Men’s World Cup.
